Rockadile AL Hardtail Mountain Bike by Mongoose, is it any good? ($229)?

For the bucks, the Rockadile AL is a very good bike. It was part of the MongoosePRO series.

That bike comes in XS, S, M, L, and XL all at the same price.

If you compare feature for feature, this Mongoose beats all the competition for value. The closest quality Giant (if memory serves me) sells for about $300.

Keep in mind that this bike is NOT a mountain bike. It is classified as an ATB, or "all terrain bike". This means it is designed for on road or off road on groomed trails. Source(s): 27 years in the industry
