Which is a better mountain bike a specialized rockhopper or a giant boulder se? A specialized rockhopper is better, specialized is a more known company. Specialized is much more popular than Giant. Giant has only came out with the Giant Trance. Specialized came out with the stumpjumper, enduro fsr, enduro sl. They are known for quality Source(s): 1 year of mtb Which rockhopper? And not a true comparison. For overall cost value the Giant Boulder, for performance the rockhopper. If you plain on riding hard, go with the rockhopper. if you are on a budget and want a nice entry level go with the Boulder. Definitely the Specialized Rockhopper for two reasons. One, the Rockhopper is a better performance bike. Second, my 72 y/o mountain bike friend bought a Giant and the frame cracked within the warranty period. Giant will not warranty the frame, because Giant claims the seat was adjusted too far forward on the seatpost! Giants explanation does not make sense? Poorly designed frames I am guessing. Purchase the Specialized they have great customer service if you ever have any problems and they stand behind their bikes. rockhopper!!! I've had the same rockhopper pro for a couple of year, never a problem and i've beaten the Sh*t out of it as much as i can! But can;t say i've ridden the other bike... but I'm a complete Specialized fan! |
