Should I ride my mountain bike in the rain? It is 11:00 PM and I need fresh air.? As long as no lightening, go for it! Lights would certainly be helpful, too. What's the worst that'll happen (assuming you follow the usual safety precautions)? You'll get wet! So? Sometimes when you ride under conditions that aren't in your comfort zone and you keep going you'll be surprised at what you're capable of, or just capable of dealing with. i ride in the rain all the time. Of course, I use fenders on the wet-weather bike, too... unless you have a high risk of hurting yourself.. if not go for it bc that sounds fun! go for it! its not too late Sure, but I would recomend a headlight so that you can see where you are going. And a tail blinker so you don't get bashed into by someone or an animal. Go for it....but lights, reflective clothing and a wet weather bike should be on your list. The dry your ride so it don't rust. |
