What is the best all around mountain bike brand? Sunn, Storck, Ellsworth, Orbea, BMC, Checker Pig, Ridley, Seven, Independent Fabrications, Moots, Harry Havnoonian, Cinelli, Turner, ... Now, how much have you got? muddy fox is the best depends what bike you are after! downhill - iron horse XC - specialized freeride - Kona my opinion. The best one is one that fits you the best. No use buying one if your going to be uncomfortable on it. I don't believe anyone can answer this question for you, I think you need to answer the question for yourself. Everyone will have opinions based on there beliefs. IMO Trek has the best and are the most popular mountain bikes on the market today, but again that's my opinion. Determine what type of riding you are going to do and how much money you want to spend and visit your LBS and try out as many different makes as you can. Remember you are riding this bike and what ever you decide to buy will be the best all around bike choice. best all around MTB?
