Is 26x 1.95 city sliker tires is not really big for my mountain bike?

Coz I want to change my tires for commuting and city riding. Is it not heavy to pedal coz its too big? Please need answer and thanks.

If you want to turn your mountain bike into a city commuter, put on 26" x 1.5" puncture-resistant slick tires. 1.5" slicks will give you lower rolling resistance, and puncture-resistance is almost mandatory for city riding. Look at Specialized Armadillos, Continental Snake Skins and other such brands.

Get those slicks on, make sure you got the proper tire pressure, and you are good to go.

Good luck.
