Which Bike Is more durable A 26" Mens' Mongoose XR-200 Mountain Bike OR B Honda 26" Dual Suspension Mountain Bike here is the link 4 the mongoose http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d... Heres the link 2 the honda http://www.sportchalet.com/product/index... mongoose bikes have sturdier frames but honda bikes have better components, the frame isnt very likely to break so i would have to recommend the honda Source(s): my experience any bike from a big box store is gonna cost more in maintenance. I can't believe I'm even going to say this, but... The Mongoose is a nicer bike. If those were the only 2 bikes in the world, I'd choose the 'goose, but you'd be better off saving up a little more money and getting something from a bike shop. Even the cheapest hardtail at a bike shop is going to be a lot more durable than the two choices given, and would only be about $50-75 more. Neither. Get a Surly or a Kona. |
