Adjusting a mountain bike for arthritis - any websites?

My sister borrowed my bike and changed all the adjustments on it....now I can't seem to get the darned thing comfortable....though it was once...so I'm pretty sure that I should be able to get it that way again ;)

Does anyone know of any websites that might be able to adjust my bike so that I can ride confortably?
I have arthritis in the feet and hip sockets, and I tend to do trail riding - if that makes any difference.

Probably the only thing you need to do is adjust the height of the saddle / seat. Put it where your legs are not quite extended on the down-stroke position. Too low can hurt your knees. Too high can hurt your hips.

well what you said was right i did a facial i cleaned my face/efoliated/steamed/mask/moitured

and my face was burning and red and hurts so what do i do now how do i get rid of the redness and hurting? all im going to do now is wash my face twice a day and use accutane is dove bar soap good for the face?
