What mountain bike for 350 to 550 dollars? |
any good name brand for that price Trek 5000s and 6000s are good, so are Giant XTC's or Yukons, Specialized Hardrocks...etc... there are a pretty decent selections for that price range. The trek 4300. Is a seriously sweet bike. Best bang for the buck you will find is the Forge Sawback 5xx... Find the best bargains at WHEEL WORLD (www.wheelworld.com) , Cambria Bikes (www.cambriabike.com) , or EBAY ( under Sporting Goods---CYCLING). Your budget would get a good hardtail with front suspension ( i.e. Suntour, RST, Spinner or Manitou). The '08 Diamondback Response Sport is a pretty good bike. look at rscycle. they handle k-2 and the prices look pretty good. |
