Is Iron horse a good brand of mountain bike? Iron Horse's complete line has some low grade bikes and some very good top end rides. Just be careful what you end up with, check the component level and be wary if getting it from a box store like Dick's as the sell a lot of the low end bikes from good manufactures. YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES Iron Horse sells a wide range of bikes, so buyer beware. Check the specifications very closely. The bike business is so competitive these days that any two bikes at the same price point are very likely to be equivalent values. If you see one that looks to be a value that is head and shoulders above its competition, look closer. There's got to be a reason. Maybe it's last year's bike? If you did find a bargain, then grab it (as long as the bike fits!). Yes. Some of thier higher end bikes are excellent, but be aware that they also make low end products that aren't perticularly great. I've seen very nice ones and very crappy one's. so yes and no... |
