Dick sporting goods: Mountain bikes?

Well last week I went to check if they had some mongoose mountain bikes in stock, and they said they didn't set them up yet, so he told me to check in next week.

Anybody have an idea when the mongoose mountain bikes are going to be set up?

It doesn't take that long to build a bike....maybe 30 mins max. And a friend of mine works there and they always have someone working in bikes. but Don't get it from Dick's go to you local bike shop not you mega big box store. Support small business...

Also, Mongoose makes MANY REALLY low end bikes and a few okay quaility bikes. Make sure you know what your buying.

You could get an entry level BOULDER mountain bike from GIANT for around $250 and from my experience anything from GIANT is better then mongoose.

It depends on what the store is like; some have enough staff to assemble bikes, and some dont. I'd keep pestering them, and ask them to assemble the one you are interested in first (say please)
