I was mountain biking the other day and I fell?

I got around 3 pebbles stuck in my hand and I thought it was too painful to take it out with tweezers so I left them in my hand. The scab is almost done and healed over. Should I leave the pebbles in there? Is it okay to leave the pebbles in there? What else can I do? I've already put hydroxen peroxide so I'm not too worried about an infection.

You need to see a doctor to take out feign objects. By taking them out yourself even if you have first aid you can do more damage.
