When I mountain bike, the vibrations cause my arms to itch? |
Ever since I was 13 or 14 (23 now) I've noticed that when I ride my bike on a trail or through rough terrain, the vibrations that go through the handlebars always cause my arms to itch and break out in a rash. And I don't have a rash any other time for any reason. It's as if the shaking of my arms is causing me to have a rash. Any idea what it could be? I've been told that I am obese for my height. I am 5'2" and weigh 170. But I am not fat. And this started back when I was 13 and I only weighed about 120 then. I do have thin skin- you can see all my veins pretty much. Do you exercise regularly? Cause if you dont, what could be the problem is the increasing blood flow to areas that haven't been getting enough, and that causes itchiness. With regular exercise, these oxygen starved parts will get used to getting all they need, and the itchiness will fade and stop. thin skin? r u a tiny girl? or a big girl; |
