I have a friend who is quite odd? |
I know this is very odd, yet I have a friend, who is a girl. And Every time she comes over, we hang out and have a good time, yet she is has an unusual habit of taking my laces out of my shoes, so I can't find them, and tying my laces together. She always has her shoes unlaced because she says they are Keds and don't need laces. She always insists that I wear my shoes without laces alot of times, mostly during the mountain biking rides we go on. She is really nice, and is a great friend to chill with, we both enjoy eachother, yet her habit of removing my laces out my shoes is odd...Confusing? Especially since I have alot of shoes that I am missing shoelaces in. I've tried telling her several times it has to be only temporary, because i have several skaters shoes, doc martens, and tennis shoes that i can't wear. Even though some laces I broke bike riding. Is there anything else I can do, besides tell her we can't hang out until she stops taking my shoelaces. oh wow, that is really strange. but maybe that's her way to flirt with you? it sounds kinda cute, but then again it sounds like it could get really annoying too. but uhm... confront her about this problem, but try to be as gentle as possible because it does sound like she likes you? so yeah. =] well first off you are a guy yes??? Maybe she likes you wants attention and she knows if she does this thing that annoys you, you will take more notice? I mean more notice than just friends... This is weird!! You need to sit her down and tell her that how you choose to wear your shoes is YOUR DECISION, not hers to force on you. She needs to understand that you dont appreciate her taking your shoe laces. Make sure she knows your appreciative of her concern for your safety (if thats the issue with them breaking while riding or whatever), but that you choose to wear your shoes your way. Hahah- have fun with this one! Yes that is weird, especially if you do not like it. You should definitely tell her to return your laces, and leave your laces alone. If she does not get this then yes your next step would be to stop hanging out with her until she can respect your personal things. It is very cool to wear shoes without the laces. I do the same with my Adidas Superstar. I think it麓s a new oldfashion trand in this jear. oh yes this girl likes you, shes being a bit childish to get attention from you. I have done that trick a few times. If you think i am wrong rub the shoe laces with something nasty or a dye. I am sure after trying to remove the mess she will think of other ways to get your attention boy! This girl seams to like you. If you want to continue to hang out with her, try buying shoes without laces, Pumas makes plenty and they are pretty cool. This way you continue to hang out with her and not get annoyed by missing laces. |
