Where do I buy a motorized scooters like in the Weird Al/White and Nerdy Video?

I dont even know what they are called but would like info on it. The nerdsw are riding one in the vid.

Most people can't afford them, but the security at our local mall uses them, and other police agencies, and they even make an off-road version.
