Okay, so I'm 17 right, have saved up about 17hund to get a used '97-'00 Honda CRV but my mom won't let me get a car she just says to save my money therefore I cannot take money out of my savings cause its basically her money, and I work and I earn that money but she won't let me take it out for a car or anything big. So... I've decided to get a motorized scooter off of Ebay I've found one I really want. Where or how can I get $300 asap to get the scooter? If anyone knows please help.
