Do you need a helmet on a manual scooter?

The ones you have to push not motorized

i dont think its actually a law but you really should - it doesnt have to be your skills that are questioned - someone else could easily hit you -

That depend on how hard your head is when IT "BOUNCES" and "GRINDS" to a stop , when it Hits the sidewalk or road.

depends on the helmet laws n your state I live n georgia and anything less than 50cc doesnot have to be lisenced but you r required to wear a helmet

Based on your question. You're not talking about a motor scooter. Push scooter, right? Don't think you do since i seen a handful of kids riding them without them. Its a good idea to wear one just the same.
