Limiter on a motor scooter how do you remove it?

i have a xinling 50 cc scooter top speed 25 mph please help 10 points to best answer

well, AFTER you get your endorsement (since your scooter is still "restricted" and you have to have an endorsement to go faster than 30) there is uusally either a "washer" that is welded into your exhaust pipe right where it connects to the engine, and/or a "shim" in between your transmission sheaves mounted on the crankshaft of the engine.

Most states will tow and have a hefty fine for exceeding 30mph without the endorsement, some also have a fine for "modifying a moped". A "moped" is something that does not exceed 30mph, and is not larger than 50ccs. thus the "limiter" on yours, so it can be sold to an unendorsed person.
