My son is a motor that never turns off....what can I do.?

Just to give you a example of how active he is....just the other day, he played with his scooter, jumped on the trampoline, played with his ps3, played on the cpu and rode his bike all within 2 hours time. I take him for walks, we play in the park and wrestle to fill the gaps...I'm running out of stuff to do with him and he's killing me. My wife is worn out and has passed him off on me to deal with but does not want him to go to any camps because she's afraid he'll wear out the counselors and provoke them to anger. Besides all that I'm telling you, he goes full speed form the time he gets up at 7am until about 11 at night and does not take naps. I need more creative and fun things to do with him.

hes just hyper. make sure that you feed him healthy food, junk food makes kids hyper. keep him outside. give him bathes maybe 3 times a day. take him swimming, slipand slides.
something like that, so that he will be WIRED ALL DURING THE DAY. dont give him naps. lets him drink all the normal MILK he can hold that makes them sleepy especailly after a warm bath! =]

Untill his head starts spinning, and he begins to lift off like a helicopter, don't worry. As for the camp idea, it might not be so bad. A lot of times once a child is around somebody different their behavior changes.
Don't worry about the councelors either. With that much energy they'll put him to work helping others with their projects once his are done.

Thank God that your child is healthy and not in a hospital somewhere.
As for stuff to do with him, have you considered becoming involved with scouting, or at least taking him camping?

u didnt say how old he is but anyway go to the amuzment park or the zoo so he gets tired and would sleep earlier.. or sign him up to krate lessons or something like that..

buy him legos. he can build and rebuild all day. buy him things that he can keep doing and never get bored of. bianacles. actions figures. a remote control car.

Get him an excersize bike that fits him and buckle him up..

He is obviously very hyper active. Get help to find out why.

remove the juice.
do not "turn a crank" on him.
or find a counter part( in mechanics, we call it the motor load)

"Motor load" means all the components the motor moves.

putting a load to Your motor means either attach him to a similar motor(similar kid) or some task to drag.(karate classes)

tell the karate teacher he is Hyper and You need him waste energy.
the other very physical demanding sport is basketball.

don't let him take too much SUGAR.
