How do you import a motorscooter vehicle from japan?

I want the PREMIUM SPORT MAJESTY from Yamaha.

It's so beautiful, I just gotta have it, although it may be a bit too heavy for me, however, i think it's great if I know how to buy it so I will know in the later future.

Do I seriously have to go to Japan and buy it and then come back with it? I'm not fluent in Japanese, I just want to buy it so they can ship it to Canada and I will have it here without having to interfere my lifestyle by heading to a foreign country which language I do not really speak (although I am level 1 advance japanese, but it's hardly good enough)...

A lot will depend on Canadian environmental regulations. A friend of mine was contemplating bringing a car from japan to the US several years ago. The cost of getting it to meet US standards made it to expensive a project.

Do you know anyone there in the military Okinawa?? Have them buy it and ship it back
