My new scooter from Kansas has a knockin in the motor,they won't fix it what should i do? |
The roketts 250cc with 157 miles on it.I have life Do this. Type a letter on your computer and mail it to them certified mail. Then go to bbb.org and file a report on them. It's free. Then they'll respond to you. you must have put the wrong gas in it. they can tell because these new types of scooters has gps linking navigation to protect them from people voiding the warranty with wrong gas. Have you contacted the dealer or store you bought it from? Go there in person if necessary. go to where you purchased the scooter in person and tell them whats wrong and get them to fix it under your warenty if they do not answer go to the shop. |
