In a group of scooter riders, how do they ride on the road when cars wants to pass?

A friend and I got ourselves motor scooters last year. She says that when a car wants to pass us, we should slow down, get into a single row, and let them pass. I feel like we should get into a single row, keep the same speed, and let them pass. Who right.

Not an issue. Is it? It's not a matter of who's right as it is one of safety for yourself and friends. You can never go wrong in safety driving. You'll always encounter situations where you have to give up your 'right' in order to save your own skin. Let them pass as you single file slower. Chances are that you'll get to your destination in one piece and they'd not.

I'd say you are allowed the entire lane in which you are riding, they have to pass when it's safe to do so. But if they are like most drivers now a days, they would rather run you over than slow down. I'd say you are right, why slow down?

They probably will run you over for slowing down!! I really love the courteousness of drivers that just can not stand being behind anyone. Will do whatever it takes to be in front at any cost!!

stagger formation ,there is no need to form a single line nor decrease speed.

Providing that your scooters are street legal, You have the right to be on the road,just as much as the 4 wheeler
