Well I was riding my motor scooter around my neighborhood and this HOTT guy kept looking at me then i fell down and I think he said "r u okay" then he and his friend were skateboarding and kept staring at me when i passed by wit my scooter.

well, thats hard to figure out. because he could have been staring at you because you fell. but i'd keep riding by and finally get up the courage to talk to him. and if you don't know who he is- then it isn't a real "like"

Well yes if he kept looking at you!! maybe you were just daydreaming if YOU THINK that he said are you ok but he does...talk to him get to know him more!

Do you think that maybe because he's a HOTT guy as you stated and a gentleman with concern and passion in his heart for a young lady that fell you took his kindness as flirtting? On the other hand keep riding your scooter pass him and see if he builds up the nerve to stop you for that conversation and see what happens.
