Only manual chairs but this is national charity for the paraplegic, and can give information in general on accessibility in Prague http://www.paraple.cz/Default.aspx?tabid...
All these sites are only in Czech ..but all have contact and email.. And I'm sure someone would be able to understand English..
Here are a few words to help you understand the site.
PLUJCOVNA = RENTAL, POMOCEK = AID (disability aid)
ELEKTRICKY SKUTR = MOBILITY SCOOTER
ELEKTRICKY VOZIK = ELECTRIC WHEEL CHAIR
MECHANICKY VOZIK = MANUAL WHEEL CHAIR
CENA = PRICE , DEN = DAY, MESIC =MONTH
KONTATKY = CONTACT
1 euro = roughly 28 kronas
2)I personally think a wheel chair would be easier if possible.. A scooter might be a little difficult to travel around on..
However here are some informations that I hope you will find helpful.
