Does anyone know the law about riding the electric scooters (the ones with seats, almost like mobility scooters) in Spain. I am planning to buy one for my children for Christmas, but were unsure where they can be ridden. i.e. on roads, cycle paths etc and also the age restrictions. I have seen them being ridden on caravan parks by adults and children of about 14 upwards.
