It has a lot of cobblestone roads. I don't think it's very easy to get around...
But public transport in Belgium is often equipped for people in weelchairs. Especially the trains. Is you call in advance, there will always be somebody to help you.

I don't know of many places in Belgium where u can hire scooters. I guess Menem isn't an exception. No, is not like all over Belgium.
The pavements here in Belgium are terrible, full with holes and bumps and to high mostly.

Very bad company if your coach don't take a wheelchair, probably their insurance don't cover if any damage on the vehicle. CHANTALDU , you are stupid .
We are proud of our country , and are roads are much better then they are in the US , I can tell you that , because I live here ( California ) .
