Okay. I was a runner, with naturally bulkier thighs and calfs.?

I also have a butt lol, but on the tops of my thighs under my butt I have these little mini roll things...how do I get rid of them and tone/slender my legs without bulking them up? I was thinking elliptical machine and biking? thoughts???

Running strengthens the glute muscles, the muscles on the back of the thighs, that may help. Biking will help firm your butt. I have also inherited larger calves and thighs with a butt to boot. lol But, I am still trying different things to make sure I don't bulk up and to lose the fat surrounding the muscles. I think rollerblading would help you firm your outer thighs and butt. too.
