What type of gas do i use on my 2 stroke mini bike? |
ok i have a 2 stroke mini bike 47cc 47+ miles fuel ratio of 50:1 what gas do i use normal unleaded gas or plus or premium or sheail V power.....................and another qustion does premium gas leaded? Don't waste your money on premium or even the plus, it will run just fine on regular unleaded. Also when buying premium sometimes you will get old gas that has been in the gas station's tank for a while because with the price of gas today most people buy the cheapest avalible...If you buy regular you will get the freshest gas...It does matter if it is fresh or not.. gas does not contain lead today. just use regular gas. BTW a 50:1 mix is a little less than 3 ounces per gallon. So 3 ozs per gallon is a safe mix. Put the oil in first and then the gas then bounce the bike for a minute to be sure its mixed. (put on the cap first) Always premium, and if in doubt on the mix, a little smoke is always better than a seized piston. I run a leaded VP racing fuels, "U4", but find their website, they have 2-stroke racing fuels as well. Good luck! 2 stroke petrol the one mixed with oil |

Under 50cc and it's doesn't need to be registered as a motor vehicle(check your state laws). I personally wouldn't ride one of thsoe around unless you live in the country with wide o... So, you don't need a license to be legal, since it's already illegal. ...PEP BOYS, walmart, motorcycle shops, kragens auto place. I would go to walmart because it is really cheap and home depot even has some. Pep boys is always good because it has all kinds of oil bran... For future reference, always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer. ...
