Where can i get a cheap but good quailty pocket bike?

i wnat a pocket bike or a mini chopper. i want one thats good quality and cheap my price range is $100-$200. does anybody know a good store that sells good but cheap pocket bikes???? i dont want to get one from the internet i want to buy one from a store!
