Did i show him what he deserves? |
ok, if you have time, read my last two questions and see that i ve ran into incidences at work. Despite of what happened last time, i now wear a safety pin on the zipper in the back on my black mini skirt and black bike shorts under. so today i was serving drinks as usual, and this guy tried to unzip my skirt again, good thing there was a safety pin so my skirt stayed where i wanted it to. he said he tripped and etc. I knew what he wanted to do but i accepted his apology. but on the next round, i served him a drink, he lifted up my skirt and touched my butt. i felt his fingers trying to go up. he wasn't so happy that i was wearing shorts. this time i got real mad and slapped him on the face. he looked as though i hit him for no reason so i smacked him on the nose with my palm. he backed off. Talk to your boss about this NOW...if this guy comes back in, your boss needs to know what's going on. for some reason, this guy feels like he has every right to put his hands on you...and he's wrong. Your boss should not allow this guy back into his establishment. What he is doing is simple battery, and sexual assault. If your boss does nothing, tell the guy YOU will call the cops next time, AND tell your boss that, too. You don't need to put up with this crap. GOOD GIRL kick him where it hurts next time! I would have spoken to the boss/manager, had him warned or removed. sure...seems like you can sue for sexual harassment also. no he deserves a charge of attempt sexual battery yes you did do the right thing he try to get your goodies and you smack him for a reason i would do the same i assume your a waitress? you could get your manager and tell him what just happened. however it may just be easier to "accidently" drop some really cold, sticky, yellow colored beverage on his crotch. he can claim innocense, and you did hit him, so it's assualt on your part. or of course you can scream out - DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH ME THERE AGAIN - look real mean about it too. everyone around will then be staring at him the whole time, and if he complains, you can tell your mangager what he tried to do. (i didn't read your other questions, so i'm flying a little blind.) |
