I have been arrested for driving a mini moto before, but recently I was given a quad bike, ( im 14 ) and was wondering if I was aloud to use a mini/ medium size quad bike, on a huge public field, now it is public, but no one goes on, and it is huge, answers would be appreciated ;] Google seems to give no good answers lol.
Since you were probably cited for operating a motor vehicle in an unauthorized location and the new quad is also a motor vehicle I'm pretty sure the charge would be the same.
Around here, "USA" as long as you are off the road anything goes as long as you do no harm, like if the field is manicured grass I wouldn't advise it! In my neighborhood kids go across everyones yard instead of riding in the street "when the police are in the area" if not they ride them on the street with no problems from all of us, they sometime go through my yard just because there is a path across the creek in my back yard, I told them as long as they didn't tear up my grass I didn't mind them cutting through my yard to evade the police!
