How can I lose 30 to 35lbs in 4 to 6 weeks? |
I don't really eat too much. But normally I eat a donut in the morning and yes I know I shouldn't be eating them. And then I usually have yogurt and a V8 Splash then I have Gym at the end of the day for about 45 minutes. And I try to do Pilates, Yoga, bike ride, go for a walk, or jump on a mini tramp. for a bout an hour or so. And for dinner I don't really eat alot but I may just have Subway or pizza on tuesdays. Does anyone have any advice other than starving myself and Lipo. And I am also taking these Mega-T green tea tablets. The Mega-T Green Tea tablets do not work, don't waste your money on them any longer, please. I have tried them, and they stink! no lie. as for losing weight, cut EVERYTHING you eat into half, as for your donut, just eliminate that completely. work out as much as you possibly can, drink 10 glasses of water a day, just by drinking 10 glasses of water a day your burning 500 calories. get as much sleep as possible because you burn 360 calories just by sleeping 7 hours. and dont eat any more pizza on tuesdays. or if you want to lose ewight even quicker try a juice fast or something. or a water fast is even more effective, just dont be on it to long becuase after a while it's uneahlthy just a few days, you usually lose 4-7 jus ton your first day, then usually ap ound after that. [: good luck! cut both legs off i lost 17lbs in a week by eating healthy, drinking more than 80 ounces of water a day, and doing tae bo and hot yoga. so u do the math! but u mentioned you dont eat much. U NEED TO EAT! u'll **** up ur metabolism &will not lose weight. try eating 5-6 times a day (snack size) i know it sounds like a lot, but portion it as a snack size, it makes ur metabolism work harder and will lose weight. oh &i also recomment taking 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning and right before you go to bed. it burn all of ur fat and cleans out ur system, it works for me! You have to have a calorie deficit of 3,500 in order to loose one pound. Loosing more than five pounds a week is quite a lot. I'd suggest you lower your expectations of timeframe and simply cut out the carbs and the sugars.. also drink a lot of water and excercise. Keep your calories at an acceptable level (but don't starve yourself because you will the opposite effect of what you are looking for). stop ur donut n pizza which r very fattening,eat more fibre food likes green veggies n fresh fruits with skin,no carbohydrate food n high calories food,drink only plain mineral water or green tea.constant exercise till sweats n tired everyday.hope these w'd give u much help.take care. It sounds like you should be in good shape already but 30 -35 lbs. is impossible... at least if you want to keep that weight off. Keep up your current routine and slowly loose the weight. Take care. I do; 2.5 servings protein, 4 veggies, 4 fruit, 4 starches (complex carbs like whole grain bread, brown rice, steel cut oatmeal) 1 fat 8 water, more if I workout I also do 2 soy protein bars a day. Best to eat the complex carbs early in the day & spread your food out into 5-6 meals. My breakfast is a protein/fiber/fruit smoothie. I have lost 95 pounds so far on that but realistically you can't lose much more then 2 pounds of fat a week. |
