Will this work? |
ive heard that milk is considerd a meal if i drink milk and mini wheats for each meal will i loose also im doing this 30 min jogging in place 20-30 min on bike dunbells (i do 5 sets of 15 of each tenchnic) 20 min on trampoline 6 days a week 10 glasses of water a day yogo 10-20 min do you think i could loose 5 pounds a weeks and get toned a bit the exercise routine you are doing is great, although a good "yogo" workout should be longer. But eating milk and mini-wheats for every meal is a terrible idea. For one thing, it would be boring. More importantly, you need a wide vareity of foods, including high protein food like meat, eggs, cheese, nuts, etc.. (If you are vegetarian it is fine to skip the meat) So eat three healthy meals a day with lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, and nuts. Avoid junk food. 5 pounds a week is unrealistic - maybe 1-2 pounds a week. YOU SHOULD LOOSE WEIGHT AS LONG AS YOU ARE BURNING MORE THAN YOU ARE TAKING IN AND YOU HAVE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND EXERCISE DONT KNOW ABOUT 5 POUNDS IN WEEK You will definitely tone up with that exercise routine, without a doubt. Milk isn't really a 'meal' in itself, it's lacking alot of nutritional requirements (think of the food groups). Milk does contain protein that is a 'key' ingredient to promoting muscular growth as well as keeping you 'fuller for longer'. Mini-wheats are extremely high in sugar (if your talking about the frosted ones) and that type of sugar (refined) isn't good for you, ie: bad carbs...... Make sure your meeting your body's nutritional needs as milk and mini-wheats won't cut it..... Sounds good to me. To burn some serious calories, do Trampoline Routines (rather than just jumping up and down). Routines burn calories fast AND tone. 20 - 30 minutes will burn over 200 calories if you work real hard.
