In the state of Florida, can you drive a scooter such as a mini vespa without a liscense? Or are you limited to like your property? Because I haven't gotten my liscense yet and I was thinking of buying one but I didn't want to invest in a moped or anything if I was only limited to my parents half acre and my best friends 13 acres. Because it'd be fun, but I might as well buy a bike...
In FL, you can get a scooter license at age 15. Judging by your spelling, you're not old enough.
