I've losw 70 pounds with Weight Watchers and I still have 40 to go, but I'm doing very little exercise during the day (probably 10 minutes of walking here and tehre). I have very little time to exercise (I'm a student, and I work and intern)... so I'm trying to schedule some exercise when I can. I bought one of those mini bicycle machines, which you can do while sitting on a regular chair and watching tv. I've started doing it, but now I'm wondering whether I should be.. you see, all my life I've had very predominant "pear" shape with huge thighs and calves (I can't even wear regular boots!)... and I'm afraid that biking will actually make it worse... any ideas/suggestions? (maybe I should try walking indoors? but I can't get a treadmill cuz of my small apt..)...
Just a myth. You won't get large legs, just more muscular ones.
Although a half hour of walking a day is your best bet. A large reward!
