My boyfriend. Need help??



I think he is thinking of starting a diet.
What is a pretty easy way of starting off healthy?
He is 23 years old.
Weight= 205 ish?
Height= 5'10

I told him he should really do the 6 small meals a day
and I got him a bike trainer for his bike for christmas
I really think he's gonna try and do this.

What is an example day plan for him?
breakfast
mini breakfast
brunch
lunch
dinner
dessert/snacks

if you could just offer some example foods for him that'd be great!! i really want to help him but not leave him completely miserable

Oatmeal for breakfast is rele good for u...add sum cinnamon and it tastes great...
i would also advise eating a protein bar inbetween lunch and dinner....
Go buy your boyfriend the Ab Diet book.. put out by Men's Health. David Z. forgot how to spell his last name. That book has some great examples of foods to eat..
