Too many calories? |
So today I ate A LOT!!!!! Im going to tell you what I ate, w/ also how much excercise did, so READ! AND TELL ME THE TRUTH!!! THANKS! Breakfast-- 1/2 cup fat free milk 45 calories 1 cup special k cereal 110 calories 1 extra small banana 100 calories gronola bar pack 190 calories mini-meal 1---- muffin pack 160 lunch---- grilled chicken 100, 1 hard broiled egg 70, 1 hard broiled egg white 20 calories, fat free yogurt 70 calories mini-meal 2--- kashi cookie 130 calories, extra small banana 70 calories dinner- lean cusine meal 230 calories, and special k meal bar 190 calories I know i ate TONS OF CARBS :( total of 1585 calories, 100 of those are sugar free gum calories but this is what i did for excercise: 20 minute 1 mile walk- ankle hurt :( 30 minute bike ride at a medium pace 20 minute bike ride at a slow to medium pace 60 crunches on stablity ball 10 minutes of pilates for legs and butt 10 minutes of pilates for abs stretched a lot thanks! If that were my typical meal, I'd slit my throat. I personally think you should give up the special K meal bars in favor of something that is actually nutritious or satisfying for the amount of calories they have. Cheese would be a good alternative since I don't think you have enough calcium in that list. Where is your fruit and veggies? While bananas are fine and help get you through the day, you have no vitamin C, magnesium or a host of other vitamins. Lots of exercise. That is good! relax first of all are you ok you. are counting every litte calorie you eat and you seem to be ok because you exersice and if you dont feel good about it then one day is not going to kill you just dont do it tomorrow ok! that's not alot. |
