Has anybody here read Scooter by Mick Foley? |
The book may have deceived many people due to the fact that it's a novel written by a former professional wrestler, but besides the case, it's an excellent book and tell's a wonderful story of a kid coming to age and learning about life through the multiple facets of baseball. The book also showcases the perils of living in the Bronx of New York, which causes the family of Scooter's to move because of drug problems and inane violence. Oh, yeah, it's one of the better novels out there. It's funny, sad-riding, and all else what a novel should be, especially by a guy who was a professional wrestler. |

Get a DOT approved skull bucket... a good helmet does not have to be super expensive either, do a search and you will find a lot of motorcycle 'equipment' shops, at least one of them will...
