I have this scooter. and need to find the right spark plug?

I was given this awesome scooter, It's a 2007 Roketa Bali 150.
I need to find the right spark plug to put in it. It actually was given to me without the spark plug in it from a friend. He stripped the first few threads of the spark plug hole in the cylinder. And i need to find out the right spark plug Number that is easy to cross reference. The Roketa website only lists their part number and not a crossable one that i could bring to a motorcycle shop so they can give me the right one. I need the right spark plug so i can match up the threads to the right tap to re tap the hole so a new plug will go in trouble free. I don't want to damage the cylinder anymore than the kid already did. There are still usable threads in there. Can any one help me?

go o ato zone or any auto parts store ake the plug and they will have the cross referance information and if needed another that is compatable. if ou dont have te plug they can look it up for you and the correct tap to resize or correct messed up threads....

I honestly have no idea, but you might try posing the same question in this scooter forum.

Good luck!

Lots of people are having good results with the NGK CR7HIX Iriduim plug. Actually a lot of dealers are recommending replacing the crappy original Chinese plug with it.

Your local scooter or motorcyle dealer should have it in stock. If not, you can get it here

NGK C7HSA is a standard style plug.

This cross references to either Denso IUF22 Iridium or NGK CR7HIX for the Iridium plug which is typically a bit more expensive.

Advanced Auto parts might have in stock and if not, they can order them and have them usually the next day or two...

ask for the plug or owners manual

Re-tapping is what I'd try first but if that doesn't work when you get the new plug there may be more damage to the spark plug threads than you'd imagined and the scooter will not run properly because there isn't a good seal between the head and the plug and the piston will not be able to compress the gasses in the cylinder.

If so, you can take the head off and have a heli-coil installed into the head and then you'll be good to go. Any good shop should be able to do that for you.

Good Luck!
