Okay, to clear up some things from my question?

my animals are fine. the "kids" are a 19 year moron that his parents won't do anything to, we've been dealing with this from the get go, we have talked to them. they've broken into our garage 2 times just bc, i watched this moron ride his scooter through my yard last year, my friend, who was also a friend of theirs, went and talked to them, the kid said he didn't do it so nothing. we've tried to be friendly, i get ignored, they blare their music, we complain, they say go back in the house, but they complain about our dogs,

I'm sorry you have such terrible neighbors. You shouldn't have to put up prison bars to keep your neighbors out, but unfortunately, there is at least one in every neighborhood. Keep records of each incident. Do you have motion detectors? Might be a good idea to get a few. (They sound like trailer trash to me.)

ignore them you dont need people like that its not worth it.im sure they just complain because of what the 2 of you went through .

I would video tape them doing this destruction, catch the buggers in the act! then I would call a lawer for advice, they offer free consults. Go from there.

You can also put of no trespassing signs. It may not help but you're protecting your property and yourself.

TO ADD TO THIS AGAIN, WE HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS WITH TEENAGER GOING INTO OUR WOODS SMOKING DOPE AND STARTING FIRES, PEOPLE TOSSING THEIR GARBAGE DOWN THERE TOO. I PUT UP THE NO TRESPASSING SIGNS, AND WHENEVER I WENT OUT THERE AND CAUGHT SOMEONE ON MY PROPERTY, I TURNED ON MY B ITCH SWITCH AND THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS. NO PROBLEMS AS OF YET.

Start documenting the problems.
Get a video recorder, consider security cams.
Make a police report EVERYTIME they break the law.

Blast YOUR music. Make sure it's something like the Polka or the old twangy type of Country and Western. Teenagers tend to hate it. Pick something really obnoxious.

Walk your dogs across their yard. Don't let them poop, you could get in trouble, but if they feel comfortable using your yard, use theirs.

You don't say what their complaints are against your dogs, but if you have a barker, YOU are breaking the law. Just wanted to mention that.

There is plenty of other mischief you could get into, be creative.
