Has anyone here ever stolen a bike, and if you have what did you do with it after you stole it? |
my son's first bike was stolen this morning. He was pretty pissed off, but he should have locked it up. It's more or less a good lesson in responsibility for him. I lost 150.00 but still a good lesson learned. Hopefully! I've never had this problem while growing up because We lived in a community where if you were caught stealing or lying you got you *** beat and then you had to go home and tell your parents what you did wrong and get your *** beat again. I was just wondering what people do with the bikes after they take them. I was hoping for the input and the possibility of catching the little crackhead biotch that took it. Not that I have sinister plans for the little Focker, but it would be nice to see a smile on my kids face. When people steal bikes, most of the time they will change the paint and fix it up then they sell them, they sell them for high prices because they do all they can to make that bike look brand new. People are ignorant when they steal and often times they do it because they are involved in bad things . People just amaze me with their piggish behavior never stole a bike, or had mine stolen,. good lesson for your kid though. One of my ex-boyfriends stole a bike once, from an ex-roommate of mine. He actually rode it, as in exercise. Ironically, someone stole it from him one night. I stole a bike that wasn't locked up in college, rode it home, and left it unlocked at my dorms bike rack. It was gone by the morning. its really cool that you care so much bout this! ive never stolen a bike but im just gonna guess on wut sumone would do ummm maybe they would bmx wit it take it to da skate park and stuff..im really not sure but i hope u do find it and make the kid who stole it pay big time! im really sorry bout this! good luck! I think you should give children a break. If a child steals it's probably because the children are being brought up without morals--but being an adult and calling other children names will not teach your son morals!! Maybe you should concentrate on this. Perhaps you can tell him that the child who took his bike probably is not as well off as he and explain to him that it is wrong, but instill understanding in him, not hatred or revenge!!! Haven't you ever heard of ***** stole my bike!? He stole this guy's bike and he chased after him. It was endless. To this day he has still be biking away from the man in the pink track suit. |
