Bratty Neighborhood Kids and Halloween? |
With Halloween so rapidly approaching, I've once again started baking treats for the neighborhood deliquents when they come trick or treating. All year long they play baseball and ride their bikes or roller blade in front of my house. Just alot of noise. In thanks for this, my usual recipe is "Xanax Chip Cookies," but my new GF (who still isn't moving in no matter what she says) told me I could get in trouble for that. I told her that it was never illegal simply to give something away. If the kids accept it, that's their problem. I am not responsible for supervising their diet. Who is right? why are you baking? why isn't the GF baking? is she controlling you? you better step up to the plate and act like a man. any hoo, if she does the baking...she is liable not you. Apparently she is feeling comfortable with her title and thinks she deserves a tiny bit of respect from you. The GF title is something to be earned, you shouldn't just give it away. Perhaps she wouldn't be so mouthy if you dropped her status to say.....GF in training. Oh, and by the way, have fun baking. I don't see any problems there. |
