What's the deal with kids wearing the giant white T-shirts? |
I've been noticing more and more kids wearing giant white T-shirts that come down past their knees. It looks silly and like it would be hard to more around in. You'd think they'd be getting their shirts caught in the car door or in the spokes of their bikes. Do they courtsy when they first meet another gang member? Is there some kind of nation wide wet T-shirt contest about to happen? I remember parachute pants; Is this a parachute shirt? I just don't get it. Thank the Hip Hop movement for that one. Lamest look ever. For all the wannabe's out there, the oversize t-shirts came from kids too poor to have clothes of their own so they had to wear hand me downs from their older siblings, clothes that were too big. So somewhere on this planet is some rapstar laughing his butt off when he sees some kid in clothes five sizes too big. They are just children so why ask? does look lame, but does cover up their asses hanging out... You don't know the streets, bro. It started with the drug dealers on the streets. They all wear a white t-shirt and jeans. So, if one was found out he could run away and his desciption (black male, of course, white t-shirt and jeans) would match about 100 fools in da hood. Thus, making hard for law enforcement to catch the fugitive. The kids wear the same type of dress because they look up to these criminals. And their parents support them, lol. Naw.... its cuz they look clean it that white T...... watch and learn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-delhh-jm... They call us gang bangers when we wear colored t-shirts, so we are tired of being affiliated with gangs. When we wear white t-shirts we are less likely to be profiled and fit the "description." And basically white-t's are a trend just like any other trend that passes with time. |
