Neighbours children have a quad bike they ride ( as young as 5yr old) in small garden? Is this legal??? |
Also what's people's opinion on Kids Footballs hitting garden fence reguarly??? ( Teenage children playing football in the evening) The deal should be if they want to play footie against the fence... reinforce the fence and line it with padding to make it less noisy. Quad bikes are motor bikes. For safety no 5 year olds. ... also motorbike in small garden? thats nuts. motorbike during the day unless silenced. These are compromises that mean they get to play football and you get sleep and no damaged fence. Thats what you are aiming for. Kids will always be noisey and so will yours be when their trun to play footie on the fence. Footie against the fence is better then hard drugs, gang violence, joyriding etc. So good kids. see if you can engineer things like the reinforced padded fence As said it could be an idea to allow them to get their ball when it goes over so not bothering you providing they dont mess up your garden as think when its your kids would you not want the same and have neighbours as a community who csan look out for each others kids? it does not sound like they are deliberately bothing you or malicious but if you pick fights it may end up that way. So maybe making friends then seeing how you can both get what you want out of this maybe the best solution. no its not legal,unless its on private property,just ask the teenagers politely to keep the noise down,it works for me,good luck. You sound like you are shaping up for a fight and may be the original neighbour from hell. When the ball comes over throw it back. They are only young once. Get out more. Get some fresh air. Get a quad of your own. your best bet is to ask the parents to try to reduce ,not stop, the noise , it will agrevate it if you call the council or something behind there back worth a try you could always add a white lie about having migraines or something to help your defense goodluck well im not living with that noise day to day, so i cant say what it must be like but i suppose maybe there is more in life to concern yourself with than local children have fun? Children have to play somewhere...... If your neighbour is letting them on quad at unsociable hours then of course, you should complain. if it's on their property I don't think there is anything you can do. you should go to your town concil/or commity and file a commplaint. I don't think the police can be involved. they are only kids, some kids do much worse things. they should not be riding around on these they are not safe.as for kids hitting the fense i would tell them to go play outside their own houses we had this kids playing ball hitting the wall in the end my dad popped the ball as it came onto our drive there was nothing they could of done except gob off but with my brothers reputation they wouldnt dare,we had kids young saying my mum wont let me play by our house this is why they are banging around your way.try asking them politely to move on or that it is annoying you if fail to listen ring the police.its anti sociable behavoir |
