In today's climate what would be better for my kids? |
Letting them play out unsupervised on the local park all day or Letting them surf the net/chat on bebo/im while riding an exercise bike with the window open go out and play with them! allow a few hours a day for outdoor activities-zoo, nature walks-some thing fun. save the electronics for the rainy days None of the above... take trurns like evey other day Tv and computer in the skip none of these are ok...if unsupervised - it would be better if you took them to the park of course! Letting them play supervised at a local park would be best. If you are both working all day and are trying to find a safe activity for your children now that summer is here...sign them up for an outdoor summer camp. Neither one. Kids need supervision outside several hours a day. You've got to take the time if you're a stand-up Dad. If you can't handle public parks, then take them to museums, aquariums and the like. There are lots of art classes, music classes and stuff for kids through community centers, churches and libraries. |
