We got a raleigh childs bike all boxed from argos, unpacked it tonight to assemble for 3yr old NO PEDALS!? |
what can i do? gutted for the kid There is nothing you can do until they open again but Argos are pretty good and will give you a new one with no quibble, it's only a couple of days and they will be open again and you can join the stampede! That happened to me, I bought a swing from Woolies and when we got it home all the fixings were missing Grrrrrrrrh. write the company for them........or check with your local bike shop THATS ARGOS FOR YA Stick the kid on it and hold him or her up and just run around like a clown. The child will enjoy it anyways, then go abuse the shop when they are back open. Sounds to me like you need to go back to the store you bought it from, or contact the manufacture and get pedals? Call or email the company explaining and asking for replacement parts... And tell the kiddo that Santa must have ran out of parts. Make up a letter from Santa apologizing, and asking Mom and Dad to please get the pedals for him because he was too busy to get them....and thanking you! dont worry ,the child will have fun playing with the packaging:-) |
