Is it legal to put a spike belt on my driveway to stop the idiots from turning around in it? |
I have the biggest driveway on the block, and there are always idiots who use it to turn a around in, I wouldent mind it so much, but I have already told them to stop, and they do it when the kids are riding bikes in the driveway. It's making me mad, can I shoot the tires out too? do not shoot out there tires, not good. But as far as the spike strip goes.... why not. It's your property and if you want a spike strip on your property than do it. You know what you are stupid and crazy, there children!!!!!!!!!! How bout talking to there parents. I would think so as long as you live in a house. If you're in apartments or a duplex than no. Your house would be considered private property, so i would think so. wish i could tell u that you can but u cant. fence it. lol a wise old friend once said "if it werent for other people you would never have any problems in your life" Proberly, It's your land, (unless it's rented...) and if you put a sign up "no turn around". "tyre spike in progress" (or something the same) then yes. you should be able to as it's your land, and you have warned people of it. one thing to watch though is violent road rage drivers, if it happens to them they could hurt you and/or your family.. so things to consider. www.gadgetforums.net |
