How much is gas in your area and what are you doing to use less? |
Here it is $3.59 a gallon and I am really tempted to make my kids ride their bikes to school and me ride to work! It's about $3.60 here in Northern California. Ouch. Been working from home at least one day a week (it's my no drive day). I bike or skate to local stores whenever possible. $2.99 to $3.09 here in Middle Georgia. The kids are out of school so I will be using much much less through the summer. Starting in the fall, some of us neighborhood moms are going to car pool kids to school $3.25 in middle of Missouri..try not go places that much any more 3.12 and Im not using less. Sorry, 3 or 4 buck a gallon gas isnt enough to even whine about. If it gets to 10 bucks a gallon and my energy investments stop making me so much money, perhaps then I will sell my boat and SUV and get smaller ones. My fantastic brain 1euro,and 5 cents per litre. I guess you pay alot less than we do in Europe.Some countries may be higher. Thats about 140$ a litre Three and a quarter, and nothing. I know why the price has gone up, it's the unanticipated side effect of the push to have more ethanol available in the market, which coincidentally is also driving up the price of a gallon of milk since the corn once used to feed cows is now being converted to ethanol. |
