I feel like i might be to boring? |
i have a really wonderful partner who i love very much but when i talk to him about how i feel he dosent say anything or talk about what could be bothering me he spends alot of time fixing things for his kids like there bikes or somthing for them he does try i feel selfish but i somtimes feel quite lonly is it just me being selfish. He is just not very conversational... Draw him out, make him comfortable.. Some people just don't talk very much... Some people talk too much.. ZZZzzzzzzzz well ask him! do more with you're kids their your responsibility take them out maybe to Legoland or chessington just show your kids that you love them show some love but dont forget about your partner! I know exactly what you mean. Some guys just don't seem to want to talk and would rather ignore a problem then sort it. Good method of ignoring is finding something else to do ( fixing bikes etc). If you are feeling lonely then this is only going to get worse you need to make him sit down and listen to you and if he won't then write your feelings in a letter see if reading about it helps him. Also ask him to respond as the problem won't be resolved without two participants. Help him fix bikes for his kids and get closer to his kids by taking them out for lunch, playing with them, riding bikes with them, buying them gifts, and just being cool and fun with them. Kids love pets, playing, music, and having fun! Maybe on Saturdays, you can take the kids to the movie theatre, an arcade, or even to the park to exercise. This will show your partner that you really care and respect that he has children. He is a dad and dads wannt their children to always come first. If you feel lonely, try getting the kids, your partner, and you together some place (movie theatre, mall, park, eating out, whatever you and them like) so you feel included and part of the group. Rememer, just because you are this guy's woman doesn't mean that he has to leave his kids for you. Start getting close to the kids and he'll get close to you. Good luck! |
