my little sister wus riding her bike, and this kid starts harasing her. swearing at her an telling her she stole his bike, she leaves, but she sees him again later following her, he chases her and tells her hes going to steal her bike. so the kid calls the fire department, and they get all pissed cause apertlee he dednt tell them it wus cause of a stolen bike, an leave. the next day tho, my sisters bike is missing. so my mom goes an asks the boy, an hes not saying anything. so my dad goes over an talks to the mother, an she said her son sold my sisters bike to his friend an bought a new one, an that she doesnt kno how to contact the friend. so my dad leaves an tells my sister "o well ur skrewed." an now that kid is riding around on a the new bike he bought an nothings happening to him. im mad he ded that to my sister, whut shud i do? shud i do aneything??
You definitly need to do something. First go to the parents of the kid and get them to pay for the bike that the kid stole from your sister. If they refuse to pay then go to the police and let them know what happened.

if you want to take action make a police report. that sounds like the only thing to do if the parents aren't cooperating with the situation, which they should want to help, they must be stupid, i know i would get involved if it were my kid being blamed. btw i am sooo sorry that happened to your sister give her a hug ok. : ) my lil brother got his bike stolen on his 5th birthday. but i guess it accidentally got left outside over night so there wasn't much we could do about that. but good luck to you. *hugs*
