Will i lose weight this way?



i exercies daily (2-4 mile bike ride) chasing little kids around the yard (i babysit) and i am cutting out all junk foods, pop, and really fatty foods. Will i be able to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks?

you might but you might also gain muscle that weighs. it all depends on how your clothes fit.
you quite possibly may be able to, but it may take longer depending on your age and weight currently. i know for me losing it that quickly would be impossible, but i've seen a lot of people do the things i do and lose weight a lot faster. i think you will definatly lose 5 pounds. good luck!
